The number 1 overall seed proved the rankings right with a win over Welcome to the Boom! The game came down to the very last seconds of the very last game on Sunday night, with the Pound needing to hold Crabtree in check. The Niners were down early resulting in Kaepernick chucking it up 36 times. Crabtree racked up 10.5 points leading up to the final play of the game for the 49ers, needing a TD to give Boom the victory. 1:47 left in the game and facing a 4th and 17 from the seahawks 18 yard line, Kaepernick heaved the ball to the endzone. The Pound's heart stopped for a moment, and when the ball harmlessly settled into the hands of Delanie Walker (who??) for a garbage time TD, the Dawg Pound breathed a sigh of relief and had the champagne flowing all night long.
Also, congratulations to Forsett in her Butt, no not for having such a crude team name, but for winning the Toilet Bowl. Toilet bowl winner gets 1st choice of draft pick and runner up gets 2nd choice of draft pick. The remaining order is based on reverse order of standings.
