Here are my calculations of the scenarios for the final 2 playoff spots:

If both Lewis AND Oliver lose, then they would end up with 6 wins. The following people could join them with 6 total wins with a Week 13 win: Bryan, Igor, and Daniel, resulting in a possible 5 way tie for the final playoff spot.
Since there is no H2H matchup for multiple team tiebreaker, we would resort to Highest Total Fantasy Points. The current standings are:

The draft order each season will be determined by the previous years regular season records in reverse order with two exceptions. These changes are for ROUND 1 ONLY:
